With proper care, our night guards typically last 12–24 months, depending on material type and patient habits. Sports guards may need more frequent replacement due to impact exposure.
We offer basic snore guard appliances to help reduce airway obstruction in mild snorers. For advanced obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), we recommend working in tandem with a sleep physician.
