Submit A Case

Option 1

• Go to https://us.3shapecommunicate.com.
• Select “CONNECTIONS” and request a connection with Montana Dental Laboratory.
• Call us at (406) 652-1652 to let us know you’ve requested the connection.
• Once approved, choose Montana Dental Laboratory when sending files.

Option 2

• Email us at montanadentallab@gmail.com or call us with your email address.
• We’ll send you an invitation to connect.

Option 1

• On your iTero scanner, select “Find a Laboratory.”
• Connect with Montana Dental Laboratory using our Company ID: Montana Dental Laboratory 3953.
• Once connected, select Montana Dental Laboratory when sending files.

Option 2

• Call 800-577-8767 and select Option 1.
• Request to add Montana Dental Laboratory to your scanner (you can identify us using our phone number: (406) 652-1652).

After we’re added, restart your scanner and select Montana Dental Laboratory when sending files.

• Email us at montanadentallab@gmail.com.

Option 2

• Open Carestream Connect on your scanner.
• Select “Find a Lab,” then search for Montana Dental Laboratory or montanadentallab@gmail.com, and add us.

Choose Montana Dental Laboratory when submitting scans or STL files.

• Log into www.sirona-connect.com.
• Go to “My Cerec Connect,” then select “Edit Account.”
• Under “My Account,” choose “My Favorite Laboratories.”
• Search using Company Name: Montana Dental Laboratory and Zip Code: 59102.
• Click “FIND,” then check the box for Montana Dental Laboratory.
• Select “ADD” to complete registration.

When sending a case, include the note: “Send to Montana Dental Laboratory.”

• Log into www.meditlink.com with your administrator account.
• Select “Partners” from the left menu.
• Search for Montana Dental Laboratory and click “Request Partnership.”

AOA will appear in your “My Partner List” with the status “Partnership Pending.”

• Call Midmark Support at 800-634-2249, then select Option 3.
• Next, choose Option 1 and request that Montana Dental Laboratory be added to your scanner.

Midmark will confirm with us and set up the connection.

• Option 1

  • On your scanner, select “Find a Lab” and search for Montana Dental Laboratory.
  • Add us and select Montana Dental Laboratory when submitting scans.

  Option 2

  • Highlight the restoration, then press “Ok.”
  • Choose the material on the right and press “Sign.”
  • Enter your PIN, then press “Sign.”
  • Press “Ok.”
